Job Description: The Sr. Associate Data Product Manager role will support the execution, day-to-day management, and continuous improvement of a web-based data application. This role will report into the Sr. Lead, Data Product Owner, to gather and translate business requirements, coordinate product initiatives, and help ensure the application is delivered with quality and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Work Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships
Organization & Execution
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
