Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in wet processing, CMP slurry systems, or wet bench equipment or relating field.
- Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects from initiation to release.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor cleanroom operations, chemical safety, and equipment installation protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fab environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with CMP slurry distribution systems, filtration, mixing, and metrology.
- Familiarity with wet bench configurations (manual, semi auto, fully automated) and semiconductor etch/clean processes.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean certifications.
- Strong vendor management and technical negotiation skills.
- Background with facilities systems: chemical distribution, exhaust, ventilation, UPW, waste handling, and automation interfaces.
