Role Overview
Our precision manufacturing facility is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer proficient in CAD/CAM tools like Siemens NX or Mastercam to assist with process development and daily machining tasks. You will play a vital role in refining machining workflows, assisting with setup tasks, and generating CNC code, all while working alongside production staff to hit key efficiency and quality targets.
Primary Duties-
Create, refine, and update CNC code for a variety of machining centers

Provide technical support for the production of high-precision parts

Analyze technical blueprints, specifications, and GD&T standards

Suggest optimal tooling choices and innovative machining techniques to enhance operations

Boost overall manufacturing output and reduce cycle times to drive productivity

Resolve programming or machining challenges directly on the production floor

Contribute to lean manufacturing goals and ongoing process enhancements

Keep accurate records of all programming documentation and setup configurations

Partner with quality, engineering, and manufacturing departments to achieve production milestones
Qualifications
Essential Skills

Between 1 and 3 years of hands-on experience programming CNC machines with platforms like Siemens NX, Mastercam, or equivalent software

Proficiency in analyzing and applying GD&T and engineering schematics

Solid grasp of G-code logic and standard CNC machining workflows

Strong analytical capabilities for effective troubleshooting

High level of precision and organizational rigor

Ability to thrive within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
