Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join an already sucessfull and dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their automotive repair experience. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge and automotive expertise to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and ensure a seamless service process.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and work orders based on customer requests.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
- Promote additional services such as oil changes, brake repair, tire service, and diesel engine repair as appropriate.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service writing or a similar role is manditory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
