About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign progress
- Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market activity
- Collaborate with leadership to improve strategy and execution
- Identify opportunities for account growth and improved results
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required
