Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service, ensuring that each vehicle is serviced efficiently and effectively. This position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during service procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Assist customers with service recommendations and sales of additional services or products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service is required, particularly in a dealership or similar environment.
- Familiarity with the safe operation of power tools is essential.
- Automotive mechanical knowledge is a must, including the ability to perform basic maintenance and minor repairs.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, as interaction with customers is an important aspect of the role.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must have our own basic tools required to perform basic mantenaince and tire replacement.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
