Job Description:
The requirement we are trying to fill is for an Entry-Level Manager with the qualities of being motivated and driven. The target audience for the recruitment is people who need experience in leading and are aiming for higher-level manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the daily activities of the team.
- Help members of a support team with training and performance development
- Assist with handling sales activities, customer dealings, and relationships
- Work with management to develop and execute sales and marketing approaches
- Keeping a professional and positive working environment
Qualifications:
- Good Communication Skills, Brainstorming Skills.
- Capacity to perform effectively in a team-based environment
- Ready to acquire knowledge of leadership, management, and business processes
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior customer service or sales experience is highly desirable, but not necessary
