We are hiring a Poly Installer in Memphis. The Poly Installer works under the direction of the Poly Foreman and plays an important role in completing concrete lifting and related projects safely, accurately, and efficiently. Candidates with basic construction or mechanical experience and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Hands-on, on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities:
- Reads and interprets blueprints to determine installation requirements.
- Collaborates with the construction team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Operates heavy equipment such as forklifts and excavators to move and install materials.
- Installs framing components according to specifications and applicable building codes.
- Assists the Foreman with setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.
- Supports the crew in carrying out concrete lifting using poly foam injection and related techniques.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Poly Foreman or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic mechanical ability and reliable time-management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- A basic understanding of how pressure and lifting force work (simple physics).
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through company insurance.
- Ability to enter crawl spaces, tight areas, and other confined spaces as needed.
- Ability to travel bi-weekly.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move for long periods of time.
- Good manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
- High stamina and the ability to perform repetitive or physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to see and read work documents, measurements, and reports.
