Work Environment & Schedule:
- Air-conditioned environment with some exposure to heat and cold.
- Sunday – Thursday, 3:30 pm - 12:15 am ; Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Shift during training period will be Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM then will move to 1:00 pm start time after training. Training period hours and length is flexible.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor all installed equipment and systems for proper operation.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and safely implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance solutions.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance using eMaint maintenance software.
- Manage sub-contractors and generate purchase orders for parts and services.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data.
- Instruct production workers in routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitor compliance.
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic electrical knowledge (480/240/120 volts)
- Familiarity with bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, fluid pumping, welding, and rigging.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Use of hand, power, and specialized tools.
- Experience with brazing and open-air furnaces a plus.
- PLC troubleshooting and AutoCAD experience preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience in welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
