What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work safely at all times by following company safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout practices, and using required PPE.
- Perform product and grade changeovers on production equipment including:
- Presses
- Converting Folders
- Formers
- Packaging equipment
- Conveyor systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Power transmission equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance according to scheduled PM programs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders, labor tracking, preventive maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
- Follow GMP and SQF food safety standards and report any food safety concerns immediately.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Train and support fellow team members as needed.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related trade is a plus
- Ramsey Maintenance Test score of 40–49 at a minimum depending on Tech level
- Fabrication skills including welding and machining
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and precision measuring tools
- Ability to perform equipment assembly, disassembly, fabrication, installation, alignment, welding, machining, pipefitting, and equipment modifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and perform independently with minimal supervision
- Good judgment and strong decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts, vacation coverage, or other business needs as required
