Job Posting: Structured Literacy Teacher
Boundless Literacy Inc., a nonprofit organization, provides evidence-based reading instruction to small groups of students in Connecticut's Districts of Opportunity. We are seeking a teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Our model for support partners with public school staff and families and provides small group, intensive instruction for students performing well below grade leve.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Have experience teaching reading to elementary students. Orton Gillingham, Wilson or other Structured Literacy training and experience is strongly preferred
- Be able to make strong connections with students while providing intensive, engaging, evidence-based reading instruction
- Have experience in reading assessment
- Be collaborative, flexible, hard-working and reliable
- Want to make a difference by providing a pathway to literacy for students who need it
