Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Week 1: Work 3 days / Off 4 days
Week 2: Work 4 days / Off 3 days
- Built-in long weekends every other week
- Only work half the month
- More time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair KUKA, ABB and FANUC robotic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on presses, conveyors, and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Utilize SAP and Captor systems to document repairs and PM activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives—your input matters
- Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and machine guarding requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Previous maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to continue learning and growing
