- Assist customers with their shopping needs by providing product information and recommendations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and organized according to merchandising standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment
- Support inventory management through stock counting, labeling, and organizing stockroom areas
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette
Skills
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock count
- Demonstrated attention to detail in cleaning
