Human Resources Functions
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave tracking
- Assist leadership with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Office Management Functions
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workplace
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general office communications
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate and support logistics for meetings, trainings, and internal communications
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events (e.g., team-building activities, celebrations, recognition programs)
- Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
- Support internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
