Well Established Management Company looking for an Experienced Coop and Condominium Manager.
You will be working with a Brooklyn based portfolio under an Account Executive. We will expand your existing base of knowledge while supporting you in areas as needed.

To be the right candidate you must:
- Have a 4 year college degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of verifiable work experience in Real Estate Management, preferably in NYC.
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Proactive and knows how to be creative to find solutions to problems
- Can easily work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communicator and is comfortable speaking with and writing to tenants and owners
- Strong understanding of multifamily residential physical property systems and equipment including plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, and water/sewer
- MDS & MRI software knowledge a plus
- Benchmarking and Local Law knowledge a plus
Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
