Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and/or plumbing service
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledgeable in residential (and/or light commercial) service and repairs
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to put in the effort
- Team-oriented mindset — willing to help and support fellow technicians
- Professional attitude with customers and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
