What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving a company truck + trailer to job sites (you’re the captain )
- Leading and working alongside a small crew
- Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing — making properties look AMAZING!
- Making sure jobs are done efficiently and correctly
- Keeping your crew on track and motivated
- Communicating with the team and occasionally with clients
What You MUST Have:
- Valid Driver’s License (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable driving a truck + trailer
- Reliable, shows up on time, ready to work
- Leadership mindset (you don’t have to be perfect, just willing to lead)
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
BONUS POINTS (Not Required):
- Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping
- Crew leader experience
- Spanish-speaking (BIG PLUS )
