CK Visuals is hiring a full-time bilingual Customer Service Technician. CK Visuals is a full-service, high-energy photography company specializing in moment-driven, candid, emotional imagery that captures the true character and personality of students, athletes and children.
As a Customer Service Technician you will be a part of a fast paced and growing company. Your role will include direct customer service, client communication, and team workflow management. You will also be tasked with ad-hoc office and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, keeping a team organized, and communicating clearly with families, schools, and internal staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Customer Support and Issue Resolution via phone, text, and email
● Managing customer service workflow
● Ensure exceptional customer service
● Assist with administrative, office, and production-support tasks as needed
Requirements:
● Fluency in English and Spanish required
● Strong customer service and written communication skills
● Experience in client communication
● Career-minded attitude and desire to grow
● Ability to work well as part of a team
● Reliable transportation
● Successful completion of a background screening process
● Experience in photography production is preferred
