Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Durant, OK 74071
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading technology manufacturer to hire a S/R Clerk to support production by pulling, issuing, and organizing materials, while maintaining accurate inventory control within system. This role is essential to supporting smooth production flow, accurate inventory tracking, and timely material availability.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve parts from the “Put Away” shelf and place them in designated inventory locations.
- Create new inventory locations in Syteline for unassigned items and document part number, bin, and quantity.
- Pull job orders (internal & purchased parts) for production shops and verify part numbers and quantities against job paperwork.
- Process miscellaneous issues and receipts in Syteline for requisitions.
- Update job forms with notes, ensuring statuses such as “clean” or “short” are accurately entered; notify planners of shortages and update “Job Short” in Syteline.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and submit results to the cycle count coordinator.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, stockroom, or warehouse operations.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
