The Role: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our team in Berthoud, CO. As a growing brand, we are looking for team members who aren't just looking for a job, but a place to build a career and a community.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, manage order pick-ups, and generate walk-in sales
- Answer customer questions through email and phone
- Handle customer technical questions, provide solutions, and follow up
- Inspect products for quality
- Keep area clean and organized
