You will shape the next generation of our field. That means intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and genuine investment in the growth of our practitioners, not checkbox compliance. This is a hybrid position (~75% remote/telehealth); local candidates only.
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Passionate about mentoring the upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent and structured supervision
- Fluent in BST and can demonstrate it, not just describe it
- Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
- Adapt your teaching to the learner in front of you
- Hold yourself accountable and extend that standard to your supervisees
- Communicate directly and professionally with families, with staff, and with leadership
- Stay in this field on purpose; you have thought about burnout and you have a plan
- Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Passes background check, TB test within 3 weeks of hire, current immunizations
- $80,000–$90,000 salary
