A rapidly growing dealership group looking for a skilled and experienced BDC manager with a track record of success to manage BDC representatives in a fast paced team oriented environment. The BDC Manager will have the support of a hands on management team and all the tools to succeed in the automotive industry.

BDC Manager Responsibilities:
As a BDC Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals assigned to your department, and promoting and driving results while creating a positive working environment. This will involve effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, establishing performance standards, and a keen awareness of each department’s break-even data.
BDC Manager duties in this role will include:
- Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all BDC Representatives
- Making manager appointment confirmation phone calls
- Diving into customer base in CRM to identify likely purchasers and contacting via phone and email to generate appointment-based traffic
- Conducting daily and weekly meetings
- Forecasting and establishing monthly and annual performance goals and objective
- Inspiring and maintaining a customer-focused teamwork mentality
- Reviewing inventory daily for maximum turnover efficiency
- Attending all meetings and training when applicable
BDC Manager qualifications for the role include:
- 2 years of experience and/or training
- Proven closing and follow-through skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures, or government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
- Matador Platform experience a PLUS!
