Ameri Distributors LLC is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Saddle Brook, NJ. We handle warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping for a range of growing consumer brands — from specialty food products to everyday goods. As our client base grows, we’re expanding our warehouse team to keep orders moving accurately and on time.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day fulfillment operations. You’ll pick, pack, and ship orders across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, organized warehouse. This is a great fit for someone dependable who works efficiently and takes pride in accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across multiple client accounts
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Label, seal, and box products accurately following each client’s requirements
- Prepare cold-pack/insulated shipments for temperature-sensitive and food products
- Stage outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL)
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and quality checks
- Keep the warehouse and packing areas clean, safe, and organized
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a food-handling environment (following hygiene and safety guidelines)
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic computer/scanner familiarity for order and inventory systems
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Must have a drivers license.
- Must be able to drive the company van.
