Our client is looking for a Paralegal to provide critical support to a dynamic legal and financial team. This newly created position, offers the opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing corporate governance tasks, including entity formation, dissolution, and compliance tracking.
- Assisting in real estate transactions, preparing key closing documents, and coordinating with lenders and third parties.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial property leases, amendments, and renewals.
- Keeping high-level professionals organized and prioritized—this role is as much about proactive problem-solving as it is about legal expertise.
- Serving as a key point of contact for client communications throughout transactions.

- 2+ years of experience in a paralegal or real estate-focused role.
