Grand/Pohl Woodworking, South Florida’s newest and most competitive source for custom architectural woodwork and custom cabinets in the greater Naples area, is looking to hire a Project Manager. The job will require you to schedule, oversee and maintain Grand/Pohl Woodworking’s projects. Candidates will be required to uphold the quality standards of Grand/Pohl Woodworking’s craftsmanship for each project the company takes. The Project Manager will need to see these standards maintained all the way through to completion of a project, including construction, delivery and installation.
Responsibilities:
Full Estimating capabilities from Mfg to installation.
Manage project from initiation through installation
Manage project budget
Provide project timeline/schedule
Ordering materials, coordinate with vendors.
Work with sales reps, purchasing and shop foreman to ensure timely project completion
Monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions.
Be accountable for project results
Act as liaison between Grand/Pohl Woodworking and its clients to best serve the needs of the client
Required:
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Millwork and doors
Cabinet making and trim
Direct work experience in project management capacity
