As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.
SUMMARY OF BENEFITS:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited program.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
