Genesis Edge Management is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Team Leads, representing AT&T's industry-leading wireless, internet, and entertainment services.
This isn't your typical retail sales job. What You'll Do
- Connect with customers in retail and event-based environments
- Represent AT&T products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Learn customers' needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle
- Help customers activate new services and accounts
- Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and technology
- Meet and exceed sales goals through a customer-focused approach
- Contribute to a positive, motivated, and team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and results-driven mindset
- Someone who enjoys working with people and learning new skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Location: In-person (office and retail locations)
