We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team! Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, mechanical components, refrigeration units, plumbing connections, and electrical diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals
- Troubleshoot equipment issues utilizing hand tools, ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to identify root causes quickly
- Conduct system upgrades or modifications based on HVAC design specifications and client needs
- Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, repairs, inspections, and system modifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or mechanic with a strong background in construction experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and HVAC system designs effectively
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (refrigeration), building automation systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and boiler maintenance
- Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance across various mechanical systems
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus; valid EPA certification required for handling refrigerants
- Experience with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general mechanical systems repair
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; familiarity with <PERSON> driver requirements preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills in field service environments

Pay: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
