Pay: $16-$18/hr + commissions
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9 am- 1 pm

What You’ll Do
- Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents around the community
- Highlight features, amenities, floor plans, and the lifestyle of the property
- Follow up daily with leads to maximize lease conversions
- Assist applicants with paperwork, screening, and move-in steps
- Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and applications
- Support resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Help keep online listings updated and assist with light marketing tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Personable, professional, and comfortable talking with new people
- Prior leasing experience strongly preferred
- Motivated and committed, with strong follow-up habits
- Organized and dependable
- Customer service or sales experience
