Job Description:
Shift: PRN, as needed
Must be able to cover shifts Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm and Fridays 7am-4pm
PRN Rate: $18.75/hour

Screens and assists incoming phone calls and visitors to ensure appropriate efficient routing within the department and hospital.

Oversees prompt distribution of treatment plans of care and status and discharge reports to physician offices, insurance companies, and other entities as required.

Meets or exceeds accuracy standard and scheduling goal as set by the department.

Assists clinical staff with patient care, carrying out assigned activities/duties.

Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English.
Education:
-
Associate [Preferred]
-
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
-
1+ front desk, scheduling, patient registration experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
-
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
