Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
CyberSkunk 1960 is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping customers, learning about new products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
Our store is open 24 hours a day, so applicants must have flexible availability, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and educate customers on available merchandise.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized, attractive displays.
- Keep the sales floor clean and ensure the store is well maintained.
- Verify customer identification and comply with all company policies and applicable laws.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Knowledge of vape, CBD, THCA, kratom, or smoke shop products is a plus.
- Preferred: At least 3 months of experience in a smoke shop, vape shop, or similar retail environment.
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
