Pay / Compensation
Commission-based with performance upside.
Agents who follow the system consistently close 8–24+ transactions annually depending on availability and discipline.
With buyer and seller opportunities, income consistency increases dramatically.
No artificial cap on growth.
Immediate Lead Opportunity
If you are a brand-new agent, you can begin receiving structured lead opportunities within your first week once onboarding milestones are completed.
If you are an experienced agent, lead deployment can begin even faster.

Responsibilities
- Work inbound buyer and seller internet leads
- Follow structured conversion scripts and systems
- Maintain disciplined CRM follow-up
- Convert opportunities into signed clients and closed transactions
- Collaborate with transaction coordination and support staff
- Participate in coaching and performance tracking
