The William Mosing Center (WMC) dba William's School is an educational program that provides individualized, ABA based, education to individuals ages 2-22 with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or emotional/behavioral disorders in a combined school/clinical setting.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst with both BACB and State licensure board
- Experience using assessment tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, Vineland, etc...
- Experience or willingness to learn Catalyst online data collection system
- Experience designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Treatment Plans
- Must be able to collaborate well with team of professionals: BCBAs, RBTs, Lead Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Parents and Outside therapists
- Experience writing insurance reports and gaining insurance authorization
- Experience training and supervising RBTs and classroom teachers
- Experience or willingness to handle severe challenging behaviors including severe physical aggression, SIB, and others
- Must be able to make decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently
