An experienced Director of Operations is required to lead the operational performance of an international‑brand hotel, with a strong background in hotel openings and ongoing operations. This role oversees all operational departments, with a particular emphasis on Food & Beverage, ensuring strict compliance with international brand standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience.Key responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations (Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other operational areas), ensuring alignment with international brand standards.
Plan, coordinate and execute pre‑opening, opening and post‑opening phases for branded hotels.
Supervise and audit the correct implementation of brand standards (SOPs, service, product, image) and drive continuous improvement.
Provide hands‑on leadership in Food & Beverage: restaurants, bars, banqueting/events and room service, focusing on quality, profitability and guest satisfaction.
Lead, coach and develop heads of department and operational teams, fostering a strong service culture and performance mindset.
Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs (occupancy, RevPAR, GOP, F&B costs, guest satisfaction) and implement corrective action plans.
Act as key liaison with Ownership and the international brand to ensure full alignment with strategy, standards and business objectives.Requirements:
At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in senior hotel operations roles within international hotel brands, including proven involvement in hotel pre‑openings and openings.
Strong background in Food & Beverage operations (F&B leadership roles or extensive responsibility for restaurants, bars and banqueting).
Solid experience working with international brand systems and SOPs (brand audits, quality standards, corporate reporting).
Languages: fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written, mandatory).
Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management skills with multicultural teams.
Strong results orientation, attention to detail and ability to perform in demanding, fast‑paced environments.
