We are looking for full-time Health & Life insurance agent Call Center Representatives to help our current and potential customers with their health insurance needs. You will effectively be solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to enroll in products
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Skills
- Licensed Health & Life insurance agent (or willing to obtain license by hire date) We can provide information on how to obtain your license.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ideal candidate-Life Insurance agent-Health Insurance Agent- General Lines License
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
