Experienced Residential & Airbnb Cleaner – Flexible, Per-Job Work
Highline Cleaning is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company serving Denver, Aurora, and the surrounding metro area. We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaners interested in flexible cleaning opportunities.
This is a great fit for experienced cleaners who already have cleaning clients or other work and would like to add additional jobs to their schedule.

What We're Looking For
- Previous professional house cleaning experience
- Consistently high-quality, detailed work
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow property-specific instructions and cleaning checklists
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment preferred
- Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning experience is a plus
- Weekend availability is a plus
We are specifically looking for cleaners who understand that a professional cleaning goes beyond basic vacuuming and wiping surfaces. Attention to bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, blinds, fixtures, buildup, and commonly missed areas is important to us.
Pay & Scheduling
This is flexible, per-job work. Cleaners are paid a predetermined amount for each completed cleaning rather than an hourly wage.
Before accepting a cleaning, you will be provided with the location, type of cleaning, expected scope of work, and payout.
Typical job payouts are intended to work out to approximately $20–$30+ per active cleaning hour, depending on the property, cleaning type, workload, and time required.
There are currently no guaranteed hours or minimum number of jobs. As Highline Cleaning's customer base grows, additional cleaning opportunities may become available.
