Key Responsibilities
· Consultative Selling: Determine client needs, preferences, and budget through phone, email, or digital chat.
· Lead Engagement & Qualification: Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads based on their needs and budget, and guide prospects from initial interest to an in-person or virtual appointment.
· Personalized Product Guidance: Assist customers by suggesting tailored products or services, demonstrating features, and answering complex questions.
· Relationship Management: Build trust by maintaining consistent communication through phone, email, live chat, or video.
· Pipeline Management: Track lead status, note interactions, and schedule follow-ups using CRM software.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Hand off qualified, "warm" leads to closing sales representatives or account managers seamlessly.
· Digital Advertising: Create videos to post on social media to advertise vehicles
· Concierge Delivery: Coordinate white-glove hand-offs, which can include personalized vehicle feature tutorials, detailing, and topping off fuel.
· Customer Retention: Serve as the ongoing relationship manager, handling any post-sale inquiries, warranty questions, or service scheduling to prevent a disjointed customer experience.
Ideal Qualifications
· Customer-Centric Mindset: A background in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or automotive sales.
· Tech-Savvy: High comfort level learning and explaining complex in-car technologies.
· Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail to manage financial documents and dealership CRM systems accurately.
· Licensing: A valid driver's license with an acceptable, clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks.
Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
