Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and amenities are tidy, well-maintained, and inviting for guests
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning and janitorial tasks to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to all hospitality industry standards and health regulations to provide a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments or industrial cleaning is advantageous
- Knowledge of floor care equipment and methods ensures efficient service delivery
- Experience managing or supervising housekeeping operations is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all areas
