- Legend Oaks Northwest is the member of the growing Ensign Group healthcare family. This Medicare and Medicaid facility will also offer post acute rehabilitative services in a large, open gym with advanced modalities for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy needs. Our focus is Transitional Care, where short-term rehab patients receive tailored therapies to accommodate their special needs, resulting in a successful discharge back to the community. We also provide semi-private rooms for Long Term Care.

Summary of Job Duties: They will direct the actions of our Nursing Staff, prepare reports, interact with Residents and their family member, act as a liaison with the doctors and nurse practitioners, and many other administrative tasks. They will also perform various direct patient care assignments pertaining to daily living activities to assist in the care of patients. These duties will be performed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards. THIS IS A FT Hourly position with a large benefits package.
