What You’ll Do
· Manage excavation and site development projects from contract award through completion.
· Develop and maintain project schedules.
· Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
· Monitor project budgets, productivity, and profitability.
· Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
· Prepare and manage change orders.
· Communicate with clients, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
· Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and quality.
· Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules or budgets.
· Ensure projects meet company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate project documentation.
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of project management experience in excavation, grading, utilities, civil construction, or site development.
· Strong understanding of Topcon’s 3-D System.
· Strong understanding of construction operations and project scheduling.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience reading construction plans and specifications.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Experience with project management software is a plus.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
