Job Summary:
San Juan Smiles seeking a skilled, fun, easy going Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a Full Time position. Working as a team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent oral healthcare to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings and educating patients on pending dental treatment/home care. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and have a passion for oral health, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical history
- Digital X-rays and CBCT
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in CO.
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team environment
