MATER BRIGHTON LAKES ACADEMY (K-12) IS LOOKING FOR AMAZING TEACHERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
This position is for an Athletic Director for the upcoming school year.
The starting salary of $50,600 is for those with a valid teaching certificate or statement of eligibility. Additional pay is based on years of experience and degrees earned.
Those interested in applying without teaching certification can be considered but the pay would decrease and would be based on degrees earned.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all K–12 athletic programs, ensuring compliance with school, district, and state athletic regulations.
- Coordinate athletic schedules, transportation, facilities, officials, and game-day operations.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate athletic coaches.
- Ensure student-athlete eligibility requirements are met, including academic and attendance standards.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character among student-athletes.
- Manage athletic equipment, uniforms, and inventory.
- Develop and monitor the athletic department budget.
