Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Manage the full inside sales cycle
- Collaborate with service teams in Marietta and Germany
- Indentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate ERP data
