Responsibilities
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
- Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network.
- Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Manage productivity of the sales department.
- Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Present F&I products and secure financing for customer deals for the sales team 1 day a week.
Qualifications
- Must have automotive Sales Manager experience.
- Must have proven track record with CSI and good performance.
- CDK, Route One, Vision Menu knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers and employees.
- Promote a team atmosphere and leadership.
