Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters.
- Site visits for existing conditions documentation and through construction administration
- Develop and manage construction documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction accessibility regulations compliance.
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD to create construction drawings.
- Oversee project scope development
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project communication and alignment on design intent.
- Conduct building code analysis to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage project schedules
- Review submittals and RFIs
- Ensure projects adhere to construction regulatory compliance standards including accessibility regulations and building code requirements.
- Plan review submittals and responses
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture required
- Proven experience in architectural project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects involving renovation, interior design, or new construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of construction detail documentation.
- Familiarity with building code analysis, building code compliance standards, and construction regulatory compliance including accessibility regulations.
- Experience with BIM tools like NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection; ability to produce high-quality renderings for client presentations.
- Construction experience is highly preferred to ensure practical understanding of on-site processes; familiarity with construction administration is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills are vital.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
