We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Esthetician Manager to lead our esthetics team and ensure the highest level of service, retail sales and performance.
Job Summary:
The Esthetician Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the esthetics department, managing a team of licensed estheticians at both the Florence and Newport locations, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving retail and service sales. This role combines leadership with hands-on esthetic work.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional facial and skincare services in line with company protocols

Train, mentor, and support estheticians for both locations to maintain consistent service and sales excellence

Manage productivity, and performance metrics for esthetic staff

Monitor inventory levels to meet protocols for esthetics department

Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and infection control standards

Assist in onboarding, and training new estheticians, ongoing coaching in retail product knowledge, sales and career fairs (as needed)

Collaborate with leadership on promotions, protocols, treatment updates, and client experience improvements

Track and report key performance metrics (e.g. rebooking rates, retail sales, client feedback)

Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, protocols and product knowledge
Qualifications:

Active KY Esthetician License (required) for performing facial services

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a practicing esthetician

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare services, products, and current industry trends

Excellent communication and team management skills

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, able to juggle service, sales and training
