As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and offering a variety of insurance products tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with dealership customers and prospects to provide coverage solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

Generate insurance quotes and present policy recommendations

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate protection plans

Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when appropriate

Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information

Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals

Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle
