Overview
An established estate planning law firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in a stable, long-term capacity. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, values consistency, and enjoys supporting a professional office environment through careful, accurate work. Duties and responsibilities include:
Duties
- Answering phone calls and doing client intake to determine if our firm is able to assist.
- Reaching out to and following up with online leads and inquiries.
- Scheduling and coordinating document signings and client appointments both in-office and virtually.
- Pulling deeds to real property from online databases and reviewing title to see how it is currently owned.
- Mailing documents to clients, county recorder/assessor’s office, and courts.
- Clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, e-recording and scanning documents.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Very strong attention to detail to ensure legal and court documents are prepared and compiled correctly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in a professional office environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
