Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Location: In-clinic (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data on client progress with accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support each client’s goals
- Maintain active RBT certification and uphold all BACB ethical standards
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in ABA therapy

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
