- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
